The worst feedback ever

I have requested a surrender of my education policy and submitted all the required documents on 13 July 2015. The consultants confirmed receipt of the docs and gave me a ref number and promised that payment will be made within 7-10 working days, one consultant confirmed the 24th, nothing paid on the 24th, again was told Monday the 27th, nothing happened, received an email to say I must wait extra 6 days... I requested to speak to the manager after I got tired of inconsistent responses from consultants, manager was unavailable but was promised Gustav Roux would call me back as soon as he was done with his call, he never did. I am still waiting, but I am not going to wait for long because I told them if they don't give me a conclusive response they can go shopping for new shoes with my money... that's my Christmas present to them... so annoyed *** / GSENQ***.
