The worst customer service I HAVE EVER SEEN

Following up to my previous review, 10 days after i logged a claim for my late mother. After they have been RUDE requested wrong documents over and over. I went to the branch to follow up today. this was their response "Please send us your later father's death certificate and your sister's ID" HOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW MANNNNNNNNNNNYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY ****IN TIMIESSSSSSSSSSSS?????????????????? I HATE OLD MUTUAL.
