THE WORST customer service ever
OLD MUTUAL HAS THE WORST customer service ever!!! i am highly irritated as ive spent more than 3 HOURS on the phone trying to get in touch with someone to assist me with a simple request !!!!!! BUT THE PHONE KEEPS BEING PUTTING DOWN IN MY EAR !!!! I have never seen such a bunch of *********** staff ever in my life !!! i'm moving all my investments to a company that ACTUALLY wants to help you. PATHETIC !!!!
