The Stuff are **** and dont care

Hi, i have been trying to get someone to help me from this call center for weeks now, the **** stuff just keep saying they have to call me back but nothing, i have called this call center more than 10 times now.

What **** of a business are you people running, you need to look at better stuff, i came from a call center where i worked for 5 years, and if we had to do what has been done to me, the agents would have been fired.

Its really been such a waste of my time with this company
