The Struggle.

I have been visiting your branches for almost 3 years trying to get a claim sorted regarding my insurance policy. I have been given the runaround this whole time, even to the point where I had to get proof of my old apartheid ID documents and get that submitted. I finally get ahold of these documents, only for me to be told that this policy has now vanished into thin air. When I started this process, I was unable to claim because I needed this document. I have yet to receive any form of feedback on this, as the only time I get any communication, is when I physically have to visit a branch. Complete *******!
