I am a retired person who is living with someone and needs to relocate and live with my daughter in the UK. I have called you to cancel off my policy and get the funds so I can use the funds to buy my ticket and make ends meat. In your terms and conditions it says if I am not happy I have my rights and I am not happy with the service because it is my money why cant I use it as I am desperate for the money and have no family to help me. According to what you say the Life annuity is governed by the Pensions Fund Act but my policy is not with them it is with you. I cannot understand why you are being unfair to me.<br> I just want to use the funds do you want me homeless yet I have money that I can use but you want to keep on investing my money and making profits for your company GET THE OMBUDSMAN INVOLVED I WANT MY MONEY.
