The right person for the right positio, PLEASE!!!

I tried to take out a life cover for my uncle with old mutual earlier this evening and I got a call back from one of it's agents. He asked me if I still wanted to to take out the life cover and I when I told him I only wanted to cover my uncle, he all of a sudden got rude and hung up on me. I didn't even get his name as he was very unpleasant to talk to. Old mutual need to put more friendlier people on their call service panel if they want to make money and keep customers, PERIOD!
