The quote they give online is a wrong representation of the quote you get when they call you

Old mutual hounds me everyday calling me for insurance deals, eventually when I go online to do a funeral policy quote for my mom and niece they call me back and tell me the quote that I have gotten online and the quote that i get telephonicaly will be different and they cant give me the quote I seen online, how do you explain this, then why even have the option of getting an online quote if its not the real quote, thats rather stupid, but anyway your loss there is lots of companies that offer funeral insurance for me to be bothered with your stupid system that lies to people just to lure them in
