The OM team picked my case when I sent a tweet to them complaining that it’s been 80 days since I submitted my claim form
The OM team picked my case when I sent a tweet to them complaining that it’s been 80 days since I submitted my claim form. It’s supposed to be 21 days. They assigned an assessor to my case and within 5 working days, I received my money🤩. I do thank the social media (X) team and Kauthar a lot.
