The MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER from OLD MUTUAL - The make you beg for your money

I have previously opened tax free saving with Old mutual for my two sons(***5[CSCCA***6] &***[***] respectively, of which OLD MUTUAL was happy taking the debit orders from my account(OF WHICH I AM THE FATHER). Now that I have requested to stop the savings and transfer the savings of my two sons back into my account(OF WHICH I AM THE FATHER), Old mutual requests me to open separate bank accounts for my sons(of which i will not do, FIRSTLY because we have financially emigrated, and secondly I will not give Old mutual the benefit of bulling clients), as they do not pay into third party accounts, who the HELL is third party(I AM THERE FATHER and was the payer of those savings). Old mutual is really taking the heat of me as a loyal client for many years, yet there systems are terribly failing. All necessary proof has even been sent to them, that shows where the money was being paid from. Very simple, just pay the savings back into the same account.
