The most horrible experience with Old Mutual

Where do I even begin🥺I trusted old mutual with my and my dependents future financial plans and security but I am utterly disappointed and hurt by their horrible customer service,dishonesty and lack of integrity to say the least.I am currently looking for a more reliable,honest and trust worthy insurance company I can take out funeral and life cover policies with because the way old mutual did me dirty with the Severe Illness benefit claim on my life cover policy,my fear is that should I or any of my dependents die,they will CREATE a reason not to pay the same way they created a reason not to pay my claim on the severe illness benefit.They entice us with amazing deals when recruiting us to take policies with them but when it comes to actually delivering their end of the deal after paying our premiums every month for years without fail,they will play cat and mouse with you and eventually decline your claim for no apparent reason.I'm so hurt that I wish I had legal assistance at this point to fight their decision but hey,the only thing I can do now is just cancel my policies.I no longer just fall for any sales pitch though, I'm busy reading reviews on all Insurance companies before I fall for another **** that's nicely disguised.
