The most Disorganized branch ever
Today as I speak I’m at a branch of old mutual in Pinetown, PineWalk Centre. Such terrible service. I’m here to apply for a loan and the receptionist has been gone for over an hour now. The time is 10:37. So I doubt it’s her lunch and even if it is someone should be standing in for her because I see customers. So i Enquired and they told me the receptionist is off. How disorganized.
