The highest level of incompetence in customer service
<p>it is rediculous how old mutual is always ready to sign up new clients but so ******** to giving a service when required. my life is in dispair after an accident and I now need monies invested to assist in recooperatin my life but old mutual is not taking my case serious. its funny how there is a personal contact nd open communication at the inseption of the agreement and when payments aren't made but when help is needed there is no one to take accountability! no even a call. All I get is a thank you for the mail received" but nothing is done. I call everyday and by a different person told that the matter has been escaleted to authorisations.For two weeks??? ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!</p>
