The experience with old mutual and it's call center staff is pathetic to say the less these guys habe no clue *** they are doing they drop the call on you when they can't answer your questions or they let you stay on hold on till you have to drop the call the management running the call center has no control over the bull **** attitude and ****ty behavior. This is so ridiculous to make ppl wait and drop the calls on them for not knowing how to help your clients I'll never in my life use this ****ty ****ing company again
