The experience is with old mutual Superfund and Provident fund was so bad

The experience is with old mutual Superfund and Provident fund was so bad. I claimed on the 23March 2023 and I was paid on 28 April 2023. The fund combined was R18000. Of which I don't understand because according to my payslips, my employer was contributing R3200 and my contribution was R2000,18 on a Superfund. On provident fund my employer was contributing R700 and I was contributing R517. Even if I don't work there but there is no way that one can work 7months and get R18000 combined funds. I don't even owe SARS. I want you guys to send me a Statement of Claims on both Superfund and Provident funds
