the consultant from Old Mutual mislead me

i received email from Old Mutual saying that it was explained to me that i wont get another withdrawal until i reach 55 and they also send me a voice record of my conversation but in the recording i did not choose the protector fund because i don't even how it works, so i made a call to ask the call centre people then i spoke to a lady by the name of Tamaryn Pastor she said i am allowed to do a full withdrawal for my money and this is after i visited the Old Mutual Branch in Park Station and they also told me that i am able to do a full withdrawal for my money when they checked on their system but they told me to call the call centre of which i did,Tamaryn Pastor sent me a full withdrawal form to fill in then last week Friday i filled it in and same day i called the call centre wanting to know if they got my form then i was told i wont get the money still then i had to explain to that lady what happened that made me to fill in the form, then the lady suggested that i should send the email complaining about this matter. please help i really need help in this matter
