The client was contacted on Tuesday unfortunately she was not at home and given the number to call back She tried to call back at 14:03 the consultant picked up and didn't bother to talk to the client she was busy chatting with her colleagues that so highly unprofessional she stayed online for 3m41s just listening to the consultant and getting no assistance
