The call center is an utter waste of time

The call center is an utter waste of time. you hold on the line for more than 30 minutes and still get no feedback. i have tried sending an email to customer service and still no reply 3 days later. Old mutual is only interested in gaining clients and then not servicing those clients will never recommend old mutual.
