The bad service i received at Old mutual branch in Benoni

The service I received at old mutual was appalling,staff members are failing to assist me on my late mothers policy and they are telling me they do not understand the policy and the waivering premiums. So who do we turn to when we are in need of help because the staff members are failing us. And it seems as though they do not have the product knowledge of old mutual as a whole. This is shocking!
