The attitude and treatment verry bad

I opened educational policy they debitted twice or three times not sure,the agreement was they should debit end of the month after sometime they went to my account on the 20th to debit,20 March I recieved a letter stating that if their won't be money in my account they going to cancelled the account, I have been to the branch many times I will be told the person who did the error has been transfered or they will be speaking Afrikaans not knowing the person I was with understand Afrikaans,they were protecting that colleague, then I met some guy at my work place working for Old Mutual doing sales to check my account he said I'm left with R145 I'm angry cause they were debtting R175 kindly assist me to get my money..
