Thanks to Hello Peter. My complain was attendent

Old mutual resolve my complain and there was better communication after I posted my complain here at Hello Peter. I even received email from people who never responded regardless of what I wrote. I took too long to bring this matter here at Hello Peter as it seem to be putting fire at correct place to get the matters resolved. Thanks also from Oldmutual for better communication and resolving my concerns.
