Thanks and Appreciation

I submitted an official complaint some months ago regarding an error that Old Mutual on my Pensioen and Tax. My official complaint was even until today not addressed. I, therefore, turned to Hellopeter a few weeks ago and within minutes after submitting my Hellopeter review I received a reaction from Old Mutual. I was later personally contacted by Colleen Aanhuizen (Client Relationship Manager I OML Customer Complaints) and could explain my unhappiness and frustrations with Old Mutual. Colleen Aanhuizen promised to personally attend to my official complaint and continued to give me regular feedback during her investigation. For months I have struggled with Old Mutual to just attend to my official complaint but, to no avail. However, since Colleen Aanhuizen started attending to my problem things started happening. Colleen was very professional in dealing with my problem and managed to solve it to my satisfaction. If it was not for her I don't know what would have happened. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Colleen I really appreciate your service. You have managed to restore some trust in me for Old Mutual again. You are undoubtedly a benefit to Old Mutual's operations. Thanks also to Hellopeter for providing this platform. I can truly say Hellopeter Rocks. Blessings to everyone. Fanie Esterhuysen
