Thank you old mutual for "mutual/sf3/vtg"

After I vented on hellopeter I got a follow up call to apologize and advise to how soon the money will be reflecting in my account. Today to my surprise Old mutual deposited money in my account apparently its "mutual/sf3/vtg" due to the delay for my pay out.. Thank you Old mutual!
