I would like to comment and give praise to Nadine Peters, never in my life have I encountered a agent who is as dedicated as Nadine. I have been having a dispute with a paid up letter from wonga for the past 12 months, although I did not get the paid up letter until now she made sure we did a 3 way call to 3 of the involved companies and for the first time I realised that other companies don't care about our well being. The calls made it possible for me to know which direction to take to resolve my issue. Thank you Nadine Peters for all your efforts and patience.
