Wow what an outstanding assistance I got from MOGAMMAD MINTIN. I complained here on Hello Peter about my refund that I was not getting after two weeks of being given false hope by an Old Mutual agent. Lucky for me, my complaint was directed to MOGAMMAD MINTIN to assist me. I was very upset and very hard to work with but Mogammad remained calm and helpful to me. Every time I had a question about the papers I was supposed to submit to get my refund , he would reply very swiftly. If I was uncertain about something he would assure me. Right now I can say I submitted the form on Thursday and Friday evening the payment I had been waiting for and I was so desperately needing came through. It reflected in my account. My stress was alleviated as I needed the money so urgently.. THANK YOU MOGAMMAD MINTIN
