I posted a 1 star review last week for poor service and after dealing with Harriet Swartz I completely blown away by the service and solutions she offered me.

Harriet, thank you for identifying the problem and thank you for staying on constant contact with me throughout the evening. I can't tell you how grateful I am to have been contacted by you, you have really turned my frown upside down.
