I visited the Old Mutual Finance Branch in The Glen today to get a new Money Account card since mine has expired last year (and only use the account for savings or my rewards) The first friendly face Nontlantla (I think) was super helpful, the second friendly face, Buchle assisted me to activate my account after it was blocked for FICA verification, and having troubles after spoken to the call centre to assist with the blocked account, they continue to give top class service. They never got irritated. Always had a smile on their faces. Thank you ladies for your excellent service today!
