Terrifying experience

I just had a terrifying customer service at old mutual 58361 branch, I was assisted by Mr Ian Sibisi - I was given this name by the receptionist after the gentleman gave me a wrong name when I asked for it. He was arrogant, rude and self- centered person I have ever MET, this gentleman didn't even try to assist me, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth. This gentleman doesn't know how to treat customers, he is ***********, I had to leave without getting help. I have never come across such behavior in my life and I am so disappointed because he is a grown person and he is in the business of assisting us as clients. I need assistance and I don't know what to do. I am really disappointed.
