terrible terrible service

I have am receiving the most horrid and delayed service from Old Mutual. The issue started 2 weeks ago when I tried to process a claim from the Old Mutual. After numerous emails and completed forms I still had no reply. I went to a branch and they couldn't help me. This is unacceptable as verify sa shows that i have a unclaimed policy at oldmutal but i cant claim. I did sent all my details so there are no excuses! Almost 3 weeks later I havent received feedback on my claim process. Where is my money!!! Why is this taking forever? I am infuriated as I am depending on this funds and have been going back and forth for weeks now!! terrible terrible service!!! Hope you can contact me back asap
