Terrible services
<p>My mom has a policy with Old Mutual And investment and she app**** for it to pay out from 08/12/2016 and they said the money will be with Her in 21days and the money was not there and in 28th of December went again and they said she must re apply for it and she did again and was advised to go to SARS for a tax number and she did but still nothing and Jaunary went to Nongoma branch and they said the money will be in by the 30th, but that past too and mind you this is the.money she was saving to a loan, but they just don't want to pay her, and now they called her and said SARS can't pay the money cause she needs a tax number but that was provided by my mother 2 times they asked for it it was given and now,when she went they sent an sms apologizing about not getting her money for this long but, and now hey said she must wait it will be sorted but NOTHING AND MY KOM IS OLD SHE IS SICK, BP, IS HIGH CAUSE SHE IS RELYING ON THIS MONEY AND SHE IS SCARED SHE WONT EVER GET IT AFTER SAVING IT FOR SO MANY YEARS!! It been 5months already waiting for the money, she is 57years and at Old Mutual they advised that she can get the money when she is 55years and she has even retired from her current job cause she is SICK now they are making it worse, I am SICK of OLD mutual , please help</p>
