Terrible services
This is now the second time that i am complaining about old mutual.I have cancelled my retirement anninity policies..i went to Brits Branch and completed the document and handed in my documents required..I have tried several times phoning.Send emails.Old mutual group schemes is so terrible.The teference number is RMS ***.I feel sorry for new customers taking out new policies.Can someone please call me on *** if you care.
