TERRIBLE SERVICE TURN AROUND TIME

TERRIBLE client service. I work for an advisory company who is contracted to Old Mutual and their service is poor. This reflects badly on our business and we lose clients as a result. Since most Old Mutual staff have been working from home due to lockdown, the service has become even worse. Not easy to do business with Old Mutual and not easy to service clients who have Old Mutual policies.
