Terrible Service, terrible turnaround times, terrible company
Terrible service from Old Mutual and their representative who tried to shift the blame on me that they can't find my email that I sent them on the 5th March but can find the one I sent on 10th much even though I used reply to all when sending the 2nd email. They also don't have a contact number that you can call to complain but you must send another email that they promise to respond to in 24hrs.

12 Mar 2021, 15:38Quick update. I was contacted by a Client Relationship Manager from Old Mutual, Coleen, who assisted me promptly. I'm very happy with the outcome. FYI- It's a poor reflection on your Representatives that I had to write a bad review on hellopeter in order to get the service that I should have gotten initially when I contacted Old Mutual.
