Terrible service refuses to pay out policy

<p>Old mutual has been completely avoiding to pay out my policy for four months now. I have submitted all the relevant documents to pay this policy out on numerous occasions, and every time Old Mutual says everything is in order and will be paid out within a couple of weeks. Weeks go by and I end up calling again to follow up only to be told they need more documents. This has happened numerous times now. Firstly, why say everything is in order if it isnt and secondly if it isnt in order why cant anyone call me, I waste weeks of waiting thinking its being paid out only to follow up myself and find out Old Mutual is making up more excuses to pay me out. Im the mean time my debit orders for this policy continue to be taken, even though it's supposed to have been stopped and paid out. I have two other policies with Old Mutual that I will be cancelling if this policy isnt paid out within the next week. I thought Old Mutual was a reputable company, clearly not!
