Terrible Service Received from Old Mutual Financia

I am an existing customer of Old Mutual Financial Services. 3 days ago I called them applying for a loan and they requested FICA documents of which I provided them with. I was even asked of my ex-husbands bank statement to prove that the bond is paid by him, I also requested the statement and submitted it. Yesterday I was asked of the divorce decree and after submitting it this morning (12/06/2015) I got a call from Yoliso saying they are sorry that they cannot give me the loan because on the divorce decree that does not say anything about the property yet it's clearly stated that the property should be sold and the money to be divided. I found the whole process ridiculing, stressing and so embarrassing by being linked with a person who in not part of my life anymore enduring pains and insults from him when requesting the statement. I feel like I'm torn apart, drained and used cause ever since my divorced I have never been asked such documents. They made me contact a person who does not form part of my life, reminding me of my terrible past life.
