Terrible service. Nightmare dealing with old mutual
Very frustrating dealing with Old Mutual.
Zero customer service
No one answers the phone
No one answers chats
Impossible to get a proper email response
Requested a call back. Still waiting.
Worst company I have ever dealt with.
If there is an emergency and I need to contact old mutual I will be *****ed!
You seriously need to improve your customer support service.
You seriously need to address your response times as it is way too long.
My queries remain unresolved for 2 weeks now!
