Terrible service in the whole universe

Old Mutual is arrogant and treat its customers like *******.

I have more than 4 policies with them which include investment policies. I'm canceling all of them.

I app**** for part withdrawals twice. They just ignore my applications. Whenever I follow up they will always say there is a form I need to complete. They never send me an sms email or call stating I need to complete a form to their compliance department.

I'm truly disgusted by their treatment. I advise anyone reading this to walk as far away as possible from old mutual. And if you see any sign that says old mutual run as fast as you can.

Here you can easily commit suicide with old mutual hoarding your money. I'm done.
