Terrible service, I am about to cancel everything

I am writing to complain about the poor service I received from Old Mutual and its financial advisor. Firstly, the financial advisor called me in November last year to tell me about a new product that will save me money, I agreed to make changes to my policies and I am now paying R 580 more every month. I have been trying to call the advisor so that he can fix the mess he caused but he ignores my calls. I sent a request to Old Mutual directly to try and resolve this but I still haven't heard anything from them. Old Mutual, please take care of your clients!
