TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE BROKER!

I had a broker by the name of Ramesh Ramnarian, who claims to have a branch in Durban, he came over to my house and i took out a Life cover for my mother, this broker promised to have the debit order go off on the last day of every month however few days later which was in the middle of the month the debit order went off which i reversed this costed me a lot on bank charges. I then got a better offer at Liberty and i contacted this broker and advised him to cancel my cover due to me not been interested anymore, this broker was rude to me and refused to assist me and stated that i must contact Old mutual myself, i am very well aware of the process so i advised him to cancel this was in february 2020, So we now in March 2020 and a few days ago i see the debit went off again, i contacted the broker he then advised me very rudely i am not his broker and its not his business, i find that not on especially working for Old mutual, the bank charges landed me over R600, and i will ensure i let my families know of the service Old mutual gives to their customers, it seems this broker is more concerned about his commission rather than assisting customer. This brokers name is Ramesh Ramnairain.
