Terrible service from Old mutual SA

I resigned from employment in August 2022 and submitted a claim in September. Old mutual has taken a decision to withhold my payout without following proper procedure or even notifying me of the challenge. I only got to know of this two weeks after the decision upon making follow up.👎🏻
