Terrible service from old mutual

I submitted a ***** request on the 28 October 2022. The customer service I have received is terrible. I was told turn around time would be 7 Days then another consultant said 30 days then it went back to 7Day and not once has any of my emails been rep**** to or even a phone call this is unacceptable
