TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM OLD MUTUAL
So left my employer in August 2024 and I wanted to withdraw my provident money but I was told to wait till end of September 2024, before I lodge a claim and I did that, after lodging the claim and being patient, I get an sms today, saying "OLD MUTUAL: Old Mutual has been notified by your Employer that your claim has been cancelled. Please contact your employer to resolve and then resubmit your MyClaim if required.". Guys i just want my money, I don't want these problems, just let me withdraw my money. I'm extremely unhappy, after waiting for so long and then I get this.

17 Oct 2024, 15:34Good day, I still have not gotten response from you guys, this is terrible hey, so I've gotten my previous employer on the phone with the old mutual guys and they are saying that even for the new claim, they still haven't gotten a confirmation request to say I've been exited, even for the new claim. This is unacceptable then apparently some manager was meant to call me from OM and STIIIIILLLL I haven't received a call. I'm not happy, this myclaim thing is useless. Right now I'm NOOOOOOT happy at all.

11 Nov 2024, 14:09Your service consultants make promises and don't keep them. Someone named Erika said she would give me feedback but still nothing. Honestly at this point, I hate OldMutual and I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to deal with OldMutual.
