Terrible Service for my money

OLD MUTUAL is so terrible at their service. For the past week, I have not had any response from them and when you call them you will wait for more than an hour and eventually they hang up on you. You email no response there whatsoever. These are the same people that are quick when they want your money, but once they have it they show their true colors. My advice Consider other available options for your money. I want my money and close all my accounts with them for good
