Terrible service

Wish I could rate this a zero star. Absolutely terrible service. Been to the branch 4 times and emailed about 5 times still every time there is another story. I did an RA Disinvestment on the 29th November 2023. The documentation I received stated the longest waiting time for RA pay outs is 15 working days. Was at the branch today on the 15th working day after my disinvestment request and still none of my money was paid out. I wouldn’t recommend this service or place to anyone interested. They should start looking at their documentation or provide proper information to clients. Old Mutual should give their teller staff proper training because all 4 times I spoke to the manager and still nothing happened. Now the story is that I will maybe receive my payout in January, that is absolutely ridiculous.
