Terrible service

I’ve been using Old mutual for years now and I’ve had a good experience with my retirement plan whereby everything that needs to be changed or fixed, is fixed on time however, the department they group scheme is the worst. I’ve had them send me other policy holders information, to having them changing my surname out of nowhere, to having them sending my mothers policy information and it took me 1-2 years just to resolve this matter . Calling the helpline, I will get assistance regarding my retirement plan every time but whenever they transfer me to group schemes there’s never an answer no matter when you call. You will wait on the line for ages and still get no help. This year they suddenly changed my collection date to 3 days prior to the date we agreed on, I don’t know who gave them that instruction? Which makes me wonder if they can just make changes like that, they can also change my beneficiaries details easily without my permission and do as they please with my policy. I’m over Old mutual at this point and I am going to cancel my policies and I bet it will take another 3 years to sort that out too.
