Terrible service
Terrible service, consultants says one thing and broker says another, its been 21 days and still have not received any refund! Broker is more concerned about his reputation when i said i called the customer care for assistance, says i should ho through him rather cause it makes him look bad! Do your job and stop pointing fingers at others! Clients dont always know the technical terms of disinvest and cancelling!
