Terrible service

Very disappointed with service received with my claim reference CEB***. Only to find out now when claiming that date of birth is incorrect I don't get see all information consultant process on application. Now my application will be delayed I started this policy in 2009 and this is a service I received shocking. I processed online application which was not helpful cause I had to go to the branch and provide documentation that was not specified in the sms that was send only to find that there was documentation that I did have at the time. Please do something with your online application 🙏
