Terrible Service
Old Mutual's service is terrible. I had a bad experience with their service representetives and have been waiting for about 10 days now nothing is resolved, they **** and said it will take 3-5 working days thier service is appalling. I spoke to a lady named Thuli who was rude. I want someone to call me.
