Terrible service

I have b en trying to get hold of Old mutual since yesterday and when I finally get through to the customer center after listening to the promotions about for 30 mins and then they will transfer my call to the relevant department which never answers AT ALL. what is the use of having staff working from home while they never going to assist the customers, does this mean one will never get help from Old Mutual until "who knows when".
