Terrible service

Am very disappointed in old mutual i have a green light life cover with them and would like to do ammendments.. You hold more than an hour on the phone just to get the *** email address and no response to emails.. We pay our policies on time only to get a bad turn around time, if they are failing me now and am still alive what more when am dead
